DEINE AUFGABEN

Du bist verantwortlich für die Integration unserer Docker-basierten mediaire KI-Software bei unseren Kund*innen – On-Premise (per Fernzugriff)
Du identifizierst und löst technische Probleme unserer Kund*innen und kommunizierst die Lösungen sowohl intern als auch extern.
Du trägst aktiv dazu bei, unsere internen Prozesse zu optimieren, um noch schneller und effizienter zu arbeiten.
In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unserem Entwicklungsteam und unseren Radiolog:innen unterstützt du die kontinuierliche Verbesserung unserer Produkte und Infrastruktur.

DEIN PROFIL

Du bist ein echter Tech-Enthusiast, kommunikationsstark und begeisterst dich dafür, sowohl Kund*innen als auch Kolleg*innen zu unterstützen.
Mit deiner Neugier und Problemlösungsfähigkeiten gehst du gerne komplexe Herausforderungen an.
Du bringst fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift mit.
Du bist versiert im Umgang mit Linux und der Kommandozeile.
Du hast einen technischen Hintergrund – ein Abschluss in Informatik, Ingenieurwissenschaften oder
Erfahrung in der MRT/Radiologie ist von Vorteil. Alternativ hast du bereits Erfahrung im technischen Support, z.B. als Sysadmin oder in ähnlichen Positionen.
Du hast deinen Wohnsitz in Deutschland.

PLUSPUNKTE:

Erfahrung mit radiologischen IT-Systemen (PACS, RIS, DICOM) ist von großem Vorteil.
Versiert in Linux Sysadmin-Aufgaben, insbesondere Networking und Scripting mit Bash oder Python.
Erfahrung mit CRM-, Service Desk- und/oder Ticket-Systemen.
Fundierte Programmierkenntnisse, idealerweise in Python.
Erfahrung mit Docker und Git.
Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit Software- und Data-Science-Teams.

Über uns

mediaire wurde 2018 von Dr. Andreas Lemke und Dr. Jörg Döpfert gegründet - beide Physiker mit einem Hintergrund in der MRT-Physik. Die eigentliche Gründungsgeschichte geht jedoch auf das Jahr 2009 zurück, als sich die wissenschaftlichen Wege von Andreas und Jörg mehrfach mit dem renommierten Radiologen Prof. Henrik Michaely kreuzten. Aus unterschiedlichen Hintergründen kommend und mit der Erkenntnis, dass beide das gleiche Ziel verfolgten, nahm die Idee eines wissenschaftlich und wirtschaftlich erfolgreichen Hightech-Produkts Gestalt an - eine Software, die durch künstliche Intelligenz (KI) angetrieben wird und eine hocheffiziente Analyse medizinischer Bilddaten in der Radiologie ermöglicht, um RadiologInnen in ihrer täglichen Routine zu unterstützen.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

You will be responsible for integrating our Docker-based mediaire AI software with our clients – On-Premise (via remote access).
You will identify and resolve technical issues for our clients and communicate solutions both internally and externally.
You will actively contribute to optimizing our internal processes to work faster and more efficiently.
In close collaboration with our development team and radiologists, you will support the continuous improvement of our products and infrastructure.

YOUR BACKGROUND

You are a true tech enthusiast, strong in communication, and passionate about supporting both clients and colleagues.
With your curiosity and problem-solving skills, you enjoy tackling complex challenges.
You have fluent German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
You are proficient in Linux and the command line.
You have a technical background – a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or experience in MRI/Radiology is a plus. Alternatively, you have experience in technical support, e.g., as a Sysadmin or in similar positions.
You are based in Germany.

PLUS POINTS:

Experience with radiological IT systems (PACS, RIS, DICOM) is highly beneficial.
Skilled in Linux Sysadmin tasks, especially networking and scripting with Bash or Python.
Experience with CRM, Service Desk, and/or ticketing systems.
Solid programming knowledge, ideally in Python.
Experience with Docker and Git.
Experience collaborating with software and data science teams.

About us

mediaire was founded in 2018 by Dr. Andreas Lemke and Dr. Jörg Döpfert – both physicists with a background in MRI physics. The real founding history, however, dates back to 2009 when the scientific paths of Andreas and Jörg crossed several times with the renowned radiologist Prof. Henrik Michaely. Coming from different backgrounds and discovering that each had the same goal, the idea of a scientifically and economically successful high-tech product took shape – a software powered by artificial intelligence (AI) that allows highly efficient analysis of medical imaging data in Radiology to support radiologists in their daily routine.
